CHOICE & FLEXIBILTY

Andy's approach to designing and supplying is all about maximising choice and a flexible approach is always adopted. Good cost effective solutions are often about not being tied to one supplier for a project. It is often cost effective for our customers to supply some of their own components, particularly when choosing appliances. This does not mean that a single supplier solution isn't the best option and this is how projects are often sourced. We work how you want us to work.

BENEFITS OF TRADE SUPPLIERS

All of our suppliers are trade suppliers. This offers many advantages with better value for money and quality being one of the most obvious. One thing that is often overlooked when choosing a kitchen is a supplier's stock availability and response time if supply problems arise. This is a key criteria that has been used to choose our suppliers. The key to reducing the impact of having a kitchen fitted often boils down to a fast response time when components are needed in a hurry. This can be as a result of damaged goods through shipping, design changes, additional works as a project progresses or even simple mistakes. We have an ongoing working relationship with all our suppliers and deal with them on a daily basis, in person, in local branches. This means we are a name and a valued customer and problems are dealt with quickly and components are replaced on a same day or next day basis in the overwhelming majority of cases.
