REFURBISHMENT IN OLD TOWN EASTBOURNE INCLUDING KITCHEN.

This kitchen was installed in Old Town Eastbourne as part of a complete refurbishment. We also installed a new bathroom, 2 new toilets and laminate flooring. A complete solution was provided for the kitchen including plastering, plumbing, a rewire, tiling, flooring and decorating.

Howdens Saponetta Cream units were chosen with Howdens laminate Walnut Block style worktops.

The customer supplied their own appliances, sink and taps.

The image on the left shows a chimney breast that we removed prior to installation to provide cleaner lines and to enable more space for the extractor and wall cupboards.

CUSTOM DEPTH CABINETS

The two images below show a boiler that had already been installed prior to installation. The client was keen to cover the boiler. The cabinet run on the right hand wall is made up from custom cabinets that were manufactured by a separate supplier with an extra 75mm depth to ensure that door covering the boiler did not stand out from the ret of the cabinets. The additional cost for the depth adjustment was less than £80.00

DECORATING

The room was decorated in two tones of green using Dulux Trade Paint.

FLOORING

The laminate flooring for the kitchen was Dark Walnut supplied by Howdens. It was also installed in the hall and dining room.
