The cost for the whole project including installation & all materials was less that £4200.00 and included the following:

• New ceramic hob, fan oven and integrated extractor.

• New 1.5 bowl sink and tap.
• Complete kitchen rewire.
• All plumbing works.
• Tiling above worktops.
• Strip old wallpaper, make good walls and redecorate.
• Dispose of all rubbish from site.

The whole project was carried out from quotation stage to completion without the landlord having to visit the property. Regular progress updates and images were posted in a secure folder on our website to keep him informed.
